Kanye West Is Still Real Friends With Lebron James

Kanye West took to Twitter this morning to clarify his Lebron James reference on “Facts” which he released on New Year’s Eve.

“The media tried to make it seem like I was downplaying LeBron on my song FACTS which I would never do,” West says, “Lebron is fam bottom line.”

Now if you missed Yeezy disrespect Nike, here’s a clip:

When asked by Cleveland.com his thoughts on the lyric, James said:

“Obviously I’m going to side with Nike no matter who it is,” James says. “It’s just, it’s family when you talk about Nike, and I’m always on their side no matter what the situation is.”

Michael Jordan’s son might’ve had the best response to “Facts,” though. He posted this to Twitter earlier this week:

Yeezy jumped over the jumpman ??
incredulous emjoi
teary eyed emoji
laughing til you crying emoji
crazy eyed emoji
crazier eyed emoji
LOL I needed a good laugh to start my #2016
