Insta360
have introduced a new revolutionary modular device that shape-shifts
between a 360 camera and an action camera. Co-designed with Leica, the Insta360 One R
delivers impressive 360-degree capabilities but can also beat GoPro at
its own game as a forward-facing action cam. The One R is made up of
three components: the lens; the core; and the battery. The core houses
the screen, power and record buttons, USB-C port, and microSD card slot.
The One R delivers 5.7K video processing capabilities, and lets you
attach one of three lens/sensor combinations: a 360-degree dual camera
setup, a 4K wide-angle forward facing camera or a pretty incredible
looking wide angle version featuring a wide-angle Leica lens and an
enormous 1-inch sensor (the biggest sensor on an action cam so far). The
camera is also waterproof up to five meters even without a case. watch the video below
