Nike SB Dunk Low Black Pigeon Release on SNKRS

After the initial Reed Space pop-up release, Jeff Staple is giving the public a second chance at purchasing his coveted Nike Dunk SB Low “Black Pigeon.” Much like the Nike SB Dunk High Pro “Momofuku” that David Chang revealed back in June, the only way to cop this time around is through a special AR activation through the Nike SNKRS app.

Nike and Jeff Staple have printed a special edition newspaper that will release across New York City — a custom Google Map has been made to locate these newsletter stashes, four in total.

Once you have one, follow these steps:

1) Open up your SNKRS app and locate the special “Black Pigeon” post
2) Click “TAP FOR SNKRS CAM” photo and “Start Looking” to initiate the camera within SNKRS. Allow access if permission is needed.
3) Point the AR-activated camera at the newspaper’s front page and a special “Black Pigeon” 3D model will appear. Click “Get It Now” — this will unlock the ability to purchase.

Subsequently, if you are unable to visit the above locations in NYC to get your hands on a newspaper, you can follow the above steps using the image below.
