Off-White™ Spring/Summer 2020 Show Paris Fashion Week

Following a collaborative Nike SB Dunk Low teaser, Virgil Abloh has presented Off-White™‘s Spring/Summer 2020 collection at Paris Fashion Week. As well as the latest work with Nike, the collection also included a collaboration with Futura, with the one of the artist’s sculptures surrounded by white flowers in the middle of the stage.

The collection was titled “PLASTIC,” with references to this including a repurposed recycling logo that appeared on white boiler suits early in the show. Off-White™’s SS20 show opened with Sheck Wes, who stepped out in an all-white look of an overcoat, trousers and a T-shirt in collaboration with Futura. The Futura capsule continued throughout the collection, with other stand-out items including a graffiti-adorned blazer and cape.

Elsewhere, the collection featured a range of gradient pieces — including graffitied denim jackets — muted tie-dye jeans and relaxed tailoring throughout. As well as the collaborative Dunk Lows, footwear throughout mainly included sandals and hiking-style boots.

The show ended with a number of womenswear looks, culminating with Gigi Hadid closing the show before other models walked through the white flower meadow that made up the set.
