Stormzy Drops 'Gang Signs & Prayer'-Inspired Visuals For "Cigarettes and Cush"

Stormzy‘s album Gang Signs & Prayer debuted earlier this year and within a few days, every single song featured on the LP made its way into the Spotify Top 50. Last night, the artist dropped the long-awaited visuals for his track “Cigarettes and Cush” featuring Kehlani. Directed by Daps, who previously worked on the visuals for Stormzy’s Big For Your Boots, the mini-episode sees the South London artist as an underground drug dealer who falls for an undercover agent Andrea Ali, who is conflicted between her feelings and responsibilities.

Stormzy revealed in an interview with FADER, “It just reminded me of being with a female and smoking bud and being mad chilled. Our generation know about being with your partner and having weed, and that being, not the basis of your relationship, but a very integral part of it.”
